 Active and Experiential Social-Emotional Learning Workshops

This is an ideal professional development workshop for those directly working in the fields of education, and mental health with any population or age group. The focus is for the participants to experientially engage in activities that promote social and emotional wellness that they can use with their students or clients. The activities are connected to both the CASEL and Circle of Courage models of social emotional learning. The beautiful aspect of the workshop is that the audience themselves participate in their own social - emotional learning, potentially increasing their immediate sense of personal and social well-being, while also learning practical strategies to use with their students, colleagues, and/or clients immediately.
